Pro Autobody Customer Warranty

To insure our customer’s satisfaction Pro Autobody offers the following limited warrranty on every vehicle we repair, unless otherwise noted on the repair order.
 
Metalwork
Pros Autobody guaranties that all metalwork performed during the course of repairs to be high quality generally accepted to repair standards. Excluding rust repair. If there is any failure of the repaired areas due to poor workmanship or improper repair procedures, it will be corrected at no charge to the customer within 1 year.
 
Refinishing
Pro Autobody guaranties that all refinish work performed during the course of repairs to be high quality generally accepted to repair standards. Not including rust repair. Our paint suppliers additionally offer limited lifetime warranty on paint products used in these repairs. If any failure of the paint occur we will refinish those areas at no charge to the customer within 1 year.
 
Limits
The above guaranty is good only at Pro Autobody. This guaranty does not apply to any discounted estimates. Full price repairs qualify for full warranty. Decal removal and subsequent damage is not covered. Repair failures that have resulted from collisions, abuse, alterations, or non repair related damage. The warranty only covers the workmanship performed by Pro Autobody. Peeling, discoloration or other paint defect caused by previous body repair performed by other shops or people is not covered. Must present invoice and warranty sheet for service.
